- Always. Customers never pay to find a shop, book a slot or take a token. Plans are for businesses only.
- What happens when I hit my monthly booking limit?
- Nothing switches off mid-day. We flag it in your portal so you can decide whether to upgrade — your queue keeps running either way.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in both directions, from Billing in your portal. If a plan's price ever changes, anyone already on it keeps the price they signed up at.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan needs no payment details at all — list your shop and start taking bookings.
