Why we built it Most neighbourhood salons still run on phone calls and a paper register. The customer rings, waits on hold, and hopes there is a chair free. The owner takes the call mid-haircut, writes a name in a book, and loses the walk-in standing at the counter. Neither side can see what the other knows. Aouly puts that shared view in one place. What you can do Customers find shops near them, see real availability, and book a slot or take a token in a few taps — no calls, no waiting to find out. They can pick a preferred stylist, book for family members in the same visit, and see where their token is in the queue before leaving home. Merchants get a live view of the day: who is booked, who has arrived, which chair is free, and what each staff member has served. Bookings, staff, services and working hours are managed from one portal, on a phone or a desktop. Reports show completion rates, cancellations, busy hours and repeat customers — the numbers a shop owner would otherwise have to guess at. How it works for a shop Listing is free.
